From the Ayacucho Hall of the Miraflores Palace, where on Thursday night were initialed the new cooperation agreements with the Brazilian delegation, headed by Minister Miguel Jorge, the head of state said to have been the results of the abyss by brokerage, that said, surpassing the most optimistic expectations that both delegations had.

“All of these conventions and agreements have been signed, are added to those already there, but they are concretions. There are many other …”, reported, commenting that 74 Brazilian companies participated in this meeting in Caracas, alongside the 250 Venezuelan companies in 7 sessions, which assessed several areas including food and beverage, automotive, construction, machinery, technology, information, chemicals and plastics.

He recalled that Brazil has developed its industry, while Venezuela has not yet done so, because of their dependence on the developed north. “Venezuela was subject to the north, bound, enslaved. Businesses, investments, everything was going north,” summarized.

Felt that this union of wills between Venezuela and Brazil, within the regional integration, the union will be required to build the Patria Grande. “Here we are on that path, doing what we must do.”

“I ask only one thing: do not lose more time, rather recover the lost time with all of these projects unity and integration.”

Venezuelan president said that in politics, both nations have managed to bring up in decades, especially in the last 7 years with the government of Lula.

He also warned that, precisely because of this, the imperialist forces in the U.S. are interested in any attempt to disrupt the integration between South American republics. He assured that the energy crisis plaguing the high power of the north is desperate for these sectors in their pursuit of cheap oil, and that’s the main reason for the threats against Venezuela.

“But not only is the Venezuelan oil, but also of Brazil. Since Chavez is not alone in being targeted. Brazil too,” Chavez told the commander, referring to the reserves discovered recently in Brazil.

“But we are also looking ahead to the Amazon, and aquifers. That’s what we need to care for and defend,” he warned.

The social missions have helped that we have created a system of income redistribution …”, listed, emphasizing that poor areas, classified as E and F, have tripled, up fivefold, its purchasing power, as it never had before.

He warned that this high consumption is one of the reasons for inflation in Venezuela, but in 10 years the rates have remained below 30%, and never at 100 percent that it was recorded during the Fourth Republic. “Inflation is under control, but as the temperature is a little high. One reason is that consumption has skyrocketed, but the necessary food, clothing, shelter, basic to life.”

“We are making thousands of kilometers of railways, housing, schools, universities, hospitals … It’s incalculable how much work we are doing and how we won this year by the fall in oil prices to keep pace.”

He thanked the financing granted by Venezuela to Brazil, in the credits for the construction of the Metro lines 2 and 5 The Teques Metro de Caracas, as well as for starting work on the second bridge over Lake Maracaibo, between others.

“Examples like these also allows us to dream, work hard to give concreteness to the Patria Grande.

He said that at this point, we could start the Plan “catanare” (replacement of old vehicles by new gas) into a “socialist business round” because thousands of tons of scrap steel would go to, new cars consume energy cheap, clean and 500 thousand barrels of gasoline that is sold cheaply in Venezuela, be exported to generate foreign exchange, which would generate more jobs, save resources and money to be allocated to national development.

The rest of the necessary areas, said that Brazilian companies could invest in agro-industry, manufacturing of drugs, construction materials, petrochemicals, oil equipment, metalworking, electronics, textile chain and materials of military defense.
