Venezuela donates resources to Gambia to build a hospital


Caracas, Aug 12..- The Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela donated a million dollars to the Republic of Gambia in order to build a hospital for the treatment of the VIH/AIDS.

The resolution issued by the Ministry of People’s Power for Foreign Affairs was published in the Official Gazette number 39,239, dated on Tuesday August 11, 2009.

This donation is part of the cooperation agreement endorsed by both nations on May 7 and June 1, 2009 at Caracas and Banjul, capital cities of Venezuela and Gambia, respectively.
